NOTICE TO NEXT-OF-KIN (NOK) OF DECEASED CIVIL SERVICE PENSIONERS UNDER THE DEFINED BENEFIT SCHEME (DBS)
Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has published a notification to inform Next of Kin (NOK) of deceased Civil Service Pensioners under the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS) that are required to submit additional documents to facilitate the processing of their outstanding pension entitlements.
PTAD in the publication said, NOKs whose names appear on the published list, should review the required documentation and submit the outstanding documents promptly to avoid delays in processing.
The NOKs can contact PTAD directly for enquiries or submit their documents to PTAD directly by sending email to:

PTAD also confirmed that the affected beneficiaries have also been notified via SMS.
PTAD closed by saying that it will never request for ATM Card details, ATM Card PIN, OTP or Cash to process pension payment.
