PTAD Platform undergoing Routine Maintenance
Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has disclosed to pensioners and stakeholders that its platform will be down during this long weekend.
PTAD said In line with its commitment to providing exceptional pension services, they will be carrying out routine maintenance on their infrastructure, servers, and related active devices.
As a result, some of their pension services platforms, specifically Emails and I Am Alive Confirmation, will be unavailable from 7 pm today, Thursday, 17th April 2025.
PTAD however anticipates that all their platforms and services will be fully operational by 10 am on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025.
PTAD said they appreciate pensioners and stakeholders understanding during this period and look forward to resuming their services fully.
