Another PFA Sold, EMPLE Limited acquires Norrenberger Pension
Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited expressed its desire to divest its stake in Norrenberger Pensions Limited, subsequently, Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited has sold its entire holdings in Norrenberger Pensions Limited to Emple Limited.
The National Pension Commission (PenCom), the regulator for the pension industry has given a “No Objection” to this sale.
Who is Emple Limited
The name, Emple, is derived from empower and people, Emple Limited says the watchword guides their path and it means “empowering people” throughout the continent, with more than enough tools they need to build successful financial lives, power their ambition while harnessing tomorrow’s potential and more than enough to key into lasting progress.
Norrenberger Financial Group is selling its stake in Norrenberger pension just about 2 years and 3 months after it acquired the majority shareholder of IEI-Anchor Pension Managers Limited, International Energy Insurance Plc. Through that acquisition, Norrenberger got 81% of IEI-Anchor Pension and changed the name to Norrenberger Pension.
Emple Limited through this acquisition has become the largest shareholder of Norrenberger Pensions and it is very likely that the organization will rebrand and change its name.
