List of Organisations Issued Compliance Certificates as at 31 August 2023

The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has disclosed the list of employers (organizations) that have received the 2023 Pension Clearance Certificates (PCCs) as at 31 August 2023.

The list revealed that PenCom has issued PCCs to 25,709 organizations as at 31 August 2023, the report further revealed that the 25,709 organizations remitted a total sum N118,331,441,568.09 into the Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) of their 367,556 employees, during the year 2022.

The Top employers on the list with over a billion naira remitted as pension contributions for their employees, are Kpmg Professional Services, Wema Bank Plc, Institute Of Human Virology Nig Ltdg, Int Towers Limited, Sterling Bank Plc, Ecobank Nigeria Limited, PricewaterHouse Coopers Limited, Stanbic Ibtc Bank Plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Flour Mills Of Nigeria Plc, Dangote Cement Plc, Lafarge Africa Plc, Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, Access Bank Plc, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Seplat Energy Plc, United Bank For Africa Plc, Kings Guard Nigeria Ltd and Nigerian Breweries Plc. Pension Compliance Certificates is a mandatory requirement for organizations transacting business with Federal Government Ministries, departments and Agencies (MDAs) and it is also a means of identifying responsible employers that are complying with the provisions of Pension Reform Act 2014.

Pension Compliance Certificate expires every 31 December, therefore it must be renewed on yearly basis, the major requirement for pension compliance certificate are remittance of pension contribution and group life insurance policy for employees.
