Notice for the Commencement of Mop-Up Verification in the North East Zone
PTAD will commence Mop up Verification Exercise for Pensioners and Next of Kin (NOK) of all Federally funded Parastatals, Agencies and Institutes under the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS) in the North East Geopolitical Zone of the country. The Mop UP exercise is scheduled for those Pensioners that missed the last exercise conducted in 2019.
This exercise will begin from Tuesday, September 28, to Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the following centers from 8am – 4pm daily
YOLA:
PTAD State Office, Room 065A & 065B, Ground Floor
Federal Secretariat Complex, Yola, Adamawa State.
MAIDUGURI:
Nigeria Labour Congress Office
No. 5, Abba Ashigar Road, New GRA, Maiduguri, Borno State
Qualified Pensioners & Next of Kin are to come with the original and photocopies of all their career documents, bank statements and BVN slip with photo. NOks, must come with Letter of Administration from a Federal High Court in addition to other documents.
