Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has disclosed that as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic and continued restrictions imposed to stop the spread of the Corona Virus, PTAD wishes to re-confirm to its esteemed pensioners that enquiries and complaints will be treated by phone and email until such a time that it is safe for pensioners to visit our offices.
